How do I add a new client?

Go to the Clients tab and tap the "+" button. Enter the client's name, phone number, and email to create their profile.

How do I check in a pet for a session?

Open the client's profile, find the pet, and tap "Check In" to start a session. The timer will begin tracking automatically.

How do I process a payment?

After checking out a pet, select your services, add any notes or photos, then choose the payment method (Cash, Credit, Debit, or Zelle) and complete the checkout.

Is my data backed up?

Your data is stored securely on your device. We recommend enabling iCloud backup on your device to protect your business data.

How do I export visit history?

Open a pet's profile, go to their history, and use the export option to download records as CSV or plain text.

How do I set up a PIN lock?

Go to Settings and enable PIN lock. You can also enable Face ID or Touch ID for quick access while keeping your data secure.
